Shipping and delivery

- Orders are shipped on the same day when received before 4 p.m. eastern time, depending on availability.

 - Once it is shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a following e-mail with a tracking number.

Please allow additional time for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military

 - APO/FPO addresses. Also, you can’t expedite these orders.

 Standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties, we are not able to supply estimated

duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. If an order is placed on www.protokolo.com and

then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or

customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package.
